San Francisco Mulls Military Recruiting Ban

SAN FRANCISCO — Anti-war activists submitted a ballot measure Monday that would put the city on record as opposing the presence of military recruiters in public high schools and colleges.

Is there any way to force a city to secede from the Union?

recuitment isn't needed in our children's schools. if the people of the United States support the war they will sign up if not they won't. it is a free country and the fact that the military is haveing recuitment problems just shows that most people of United States don't believe in this war and would rather see bush impeached.

Soliciting in High Schools and Colleges have been done for decades; regardless of the President. The movement to exclude (funny I thought Liberal Socialist believe in diversity) recruitment and/or solicitations is a stunt. If it goes through, so be it. Of course, we all know "diversity" is the answer right? More Homosexual, alien, and don't forget the Jihadists are more important than the very entity (Armed Services) which has protected the symbiotic relationship between Freedom and Freedumb. Here's a diverse view: Recruitment may be down due to NOT being agressive enough with the so called practitioners of the religion of "peace". As far as San Fran being pushed off the coast, I disagree. Get up! Stand up! Vote out democratic socialists. Fly your "battle flag". Quit being the silent majority! Silence didn't work for England and France in WW I and WW II.
