Nation of Islam's Farrakhan Says Mexican President's Controversial Comments Were Right

Controversial Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan said Sunday (August 14th) that Mexican President Vicente Fox was right to say that Mexican immigrants take jobs, quote, "that not even blacks want," the Associated Press reports. Many black leaders, among them Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, criticized Fox and called on him to apologize for the comments he made in May. However, Fox said he did not mean any offense and was commenting on the contributions the Mexicans make to the U.S.

Speaking at Mercy Memorial Baptist Church in Milwaukee, Farrakhan agreed with Fox and said blacks don't want to go to farms and pick fruit because they already, quote, "picked enough cotton." He added, "Why are you so foolishly sensitive when somebody is telling you the truth?" He said blacks and Latinos should form an alliance to correct differences and animosity between their communities.

I'm confused! Who should I listen to Jesse and Al or Louis Farrakhan? Could Louis be right for once in his life?
