Senator Siplin Given Position That Helps Decide How To Spend Taxes

ORLANDO, Fla. -- State Senator Gary Siplin will now help decide how to spend taxpayer money for education programs, even though he was recently convicted of misusing state funds.

Eyewitness News has also learned the Democrat Orlando senator owes Miami-Dade County almost $200,000 for a loan he was supposed to have paid off 14 years ago.
