Is it time for Tancredo to apologize?

I'm talking about it Thursday morning. Hugh Hewitt lays out the case for an apology on his blog.
Read it HERE.

Rep. Tancredo was responding to a hypothetical nuclear incident and does not have to apologize for thinking out of the box. What would our response be? Round up those responsible and put them in Gitmo so they would have three meals a day, time to exercise and time set aside to read the Quran?

This hate America and the West is being preached in the Mosques, not only in the Middle East but right here in America and in London. Mr. Hewitt's blog says most Muslims do not support the violence being perpetrated on innocent people (paraphrased) Really? How would the average American know that, the silence is deafening.

Absolutely not.

He answered the question honestly; ...something VERY few, if any politicians would do.

As a Floridian, I've followed Tancredo's efforts for quite some time.

He's the only politician willing to stand up for working Americans. He stands up against the cheap labor programs known as H-1b visas, guestworker programs and illegal immigration. He knows cheap foreign labor is a boon to corporations at the expense of American citizens.

For the past 2 sessions Tancredo has introduced bills to abolish the H-1b guestworker visa program.

109th Congress H.R. 1325

Unlike nearly all other members(of both parties), he doesn't follow party lines. As a republican/conservative he's not afraid to speak his mind.

...And that's why the Bush Administration wants him OUT. Karl Rove once told him "You will never darken the door of the White House again."

Listen/View to the comment here in this introduction of Tom Tancredo at a event "Exporting Jobs, Importing Workers"

...keep listening, he's quite a good speaker; blasting Bush and his illegal immigration/amnesty plan.

I'd vote for him based on that one line alone...threatening holy places. Silence equals consent. Their "church" won't speak out against the violence, then they can help color the glass that we'll turn that place into.

Apologize??? Give the man an award! He is also one of the only guys to hold a hard line on the border problem. If we had more like Tancredo, we would not have nearly as many serious problems in this country.

Never apologize!! This was one of my first thoughts after 9/11.After they hit us again we should take out all of their "Holy" sites. Tancredo is one of a very few who truly is looking out for us. Muslims who are so quiet now had better get out in front of this soon because if they hit us again it will be too late for them. The people of this country won't tolerate them if we are hit with any kind of nuclear device. Keep up the good work Mr. Tancredo, you have alot of support out here.

just in case no one here hasn't noticed here but nuking innocent women and children isn't a good idea - this guy should be put in a mental hospital. I am an American and this guy doesn't speak for me. Murdering innocent women and children is just stupid and my God has no place for murder - how did you react when we were attacked? Pretty mad right? Do you think that the families of the murdered innocent women and children would react differently?

I agree with you JB. I feel sorry for the people on this board who are so scared and full of hate. I will pray for them.
