Local6 reporting...
Hall's attorney also blames the newspapers that published the letter that was written to nine elected officials, including the governor and the president. So far, no one has admitted to receiving the letter and no one was admitted to leaking it.
If you have any information about "who" leaked this letter to the Spanish-language daily newspaper, El Nuevo Dia, please contact me at pat(at)540wfla.com. A crime may have been committed. We need to hold these individuals accountable. The public trust has been violated.

Why does she need a legal defense fund? She's not being charged with anything from which she needs to defend herself?

First of all you all should be ashamed of yourselves. How can a so-called educated woman complain about diversity? She is a teacher for crying out loud!!!!!!!!!!! Mrs. Hall should put a red patch on her arm. Her statistical data is dangerously wrong!!! conduct research before you write a letter Mrs. Jan Hall!!!! To add insult to injury Mrs. Hall concludes her letters by saying bring our troops home. LOLOL, how stupid can you be? Does she know how many Puerto Ricans have served and died for this country? Mexicans? Colombians? and other Hispanic countries? Are Hispanics ruining the educational system in America? WAKE UP STUPID!!! Hispanics are improving this country tenfold. We are everywhere so get used to it or move to Sweden. By the way, the American tax payers who you are so candidly concerned about are about to get screwed by your lawsuit.

P.S. Mrs. Hall, take look at the ethnic make up of our military and you will be surprised to learn that we (Hispanics, Blacks,Whites, Asians etc) are defending your whining ass!!!

Sincerely,

What do you mean by "a crime may have been committed"? It is obvious to me, an ordinary citizen, that a crime indeed was committed. Some government clerk took it upon herself to send Jan's letter to a hispanic newspaper, trying to start a big brouhaha so they can yell "foul." This constitutes postal theft and invasion of privacy and should be prosecuted promptly. Where is the ACLU on this dilemma? Probably nowhere to be found. And the last time I checked, this was a country where we are free to express our views without repercussion. The school board jumped up and down just to satisfy these loud-mouth foreigners who are bound and determined to have things suit them. Mrs. Hall is sick of it and so are millions of other folks like me. Where is our freedom and rights? I am beginning to be ashamed of this country for backing down instead of standing up for what's right like we did back in the 1700s.

The ACLU is busy right now defending NAMBLA.
