State: Orange County Better Fix Failing Schools -- Or Else

After 5 years of F's on the FCAT we now find out why they've been failing.

But the state Board of Education said there are nine reading teachers at Evans and Jones who are not exceptionally qualified. Officials also said there are eight math teachers who lack the skills to teach struggling students.

How can you expect the kids to do well when they have incompetent teachers?
