We won the war in Iraq a long time ago. Remember, war is killing people and breaking things. We clearly won the war. The problem is we are trying to build/run a government. We can't even do that right in our own country. How are we going to build/run a government that works in a country where they put the tablecloth on their heads rather then on the table?
