Web Site Urging Teen Abstinence Draws Protest

Should the government's own web site tout teen abstinence? The ACLU and homosexual groups are protesting. Since when did telling kids to wait to have sex become a controversial topic? If the site encouraged kids to have lots of sex, would the ACLU be protesting equally strenuously?
