Has Arlen Specter lost his mind?
In Today's Washington Times Arlen Specter is calling for the DOUBLING of legal immigrants allowed into this country. Has he lost his mind? You know several years ago Arlen had a brain tumor removed. I have long said the operation was botched. The doctor missed the tumor and accidentally removed Specter's frontal lobe. This latest stunt is proof positive of my theory.
