AP is reporting...Ex-Professor Acquitted on Several Charges
TAMPA, Fla. (AP) - A former Florida professor accused of helping lead a terrorist group that has carried out suicide bombings against Israel was acquitted on several charges Tuesday, and the jury deadlocked on the other counts.As predicted several weeks ago by Debbie Schlussel on my show. Sadly she is right again!
The case against Sami Al-Arian, 47, had been seen as one of the biggest courtroom tests yet of the Patriot Act's expanded search and surveillance powers.

Debbie is usually wrong. She claimed Jesse Malli was a terrorist. The only thing he did was to hire some illegal aliens, something half the members of Congress do when they hire a maid or nanny. She claimed the Arab Christian family in New Jersey was murdered by Muslims. They were not. They were killed by their non-Muslim drug dealing neighbors as part of a robbery, and they have confessed to the crime. She associates all Muslim Americans with terror. She would do much better to build bridges rather than divisions. She always jumps to conclusions that paint all American Muslims as traitors. Shame on her.If Sami Al-Arian walks its because the prosecution could not prove the things they said he did. It's called American justice like it or not.
Debbie Schlussel doesn't like black people. She went nuts when Rosa Parks funeral was in the Capitol. You think being a member of a minority group (Jewish) that she would not be such a racist.

There are several dozen wars and insurrections going on in the world today, and most of them involve muslims either trying to take over a legitimate government so they can make the country more muslim-friendly, or they involve muslim-dominated governments persecuting non-muslims. Somebody famous once said, "Where there is islam, there is war."
Foolish liberals (yes, I know that's a redundancy) and the sheeple who follow them need to wake up and see who their enemy really is.
Get a life.
A jury consisting of no Muslims, no Arabs, or anyone else that critics could blame on being soft on Sami, found him not guilty. The prosecution could not prove its point beyond reasonable doubt. These are the charges brought about by John Ashcroft which he bragged about on TV several years ago. Even shredding the Constitution with the Patriot Act could not convict this guy.
