Bredesen's Christmas card depicts Muslim girl

The Governor of Tennessee decided to send out a Christmas card with a Muslim girl on it. His message, I suppose, involves tolerance and understanding, but would he think it appropriate to put, say, a rabbi on a Christmas card? Or Jesus on a Chanukah card? And if you think the Muslim community is happy with him, they aren't- they're upset that the girl isn't covered up enough in the picture.
