Franken in Talkers Meltdown
Air America star Al Franken had a meltdown Friday night while accepting the Freedom of Speech Award at Talkers Magazine's New Media Seminar, before being forced to leave the stage by the event's sponsor.
Michael Harrison from Talker's Magazine stopped by the show this morning to give us a blow by blow account.

This was no meltdown. Franken is a compassionate man who actually has been on 3 USO tours and visits our brave soldiers in Walter Reed. The neo-cons actually voted down veteran benefits several times, while the Democrats brought up the veteran benefit portion into the legislation to begin with.
Why don't you quit your sensationalism and talking points, i.e. "meltdown", "liberal", "socialist", "bledding heart", "communicst" slander and pay attention to who is on your side...unless you're part of the upper 1% and a heartless bastard, which I doubt.
