Sorry Pat, it's not thanks to Katrina, it's thanks to the left wing wackos who have kept us from putting down new oil wells and increasing our production over the last 25+ years. We should have new oil wells all over the place in the USA and produce all our own fuel, but Noooooo, we can't do that because the Left gets their pantys in a bunch about it.
