5 Orlando Police Officers Face Suspension Over Porn E-mails

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Five Orlando police officers face suspension after they allegedly sent pornographic e-mails to each other while on duty, according to a Local 6 investigation.

Investigators said the officers, including two lieutenants, e-mailed the images to each other on city computers.

"What you do on your own time is your own business but viewing pornographic pictures at work is not appropriate," Internal Affairs Sgt. Joseph Windt said.

OPD doesn't take this sort of stuff seriously. Penalties range from a reprimand to an 8 hour suspension. There are many jobs where you'd be fired for this crap!

But wait the story gets juicer!

The investigation was prompted by a civil lawsuit filed by four male officers who allege they were all sexually harassed by their superior, Sgt. Barbara Jones.

"They were subjected to daily inappropriate advances, touching and gropings," officers' attorney Michael LaFay said.

Now I know why OPD can't address our runaway murder rate. They're too busy looking at porn and playing grab ass.

A little off the issue; but, since Congress probably won't fund a wall across the 700 miles (or was it feet..) along the Mexican border. Couldn't we at least build a wall along the Orange County/Seminole County border? I am totally fed up, turning on AM 540 to listen to PC every morning, and hearing on the news EVERY DAY of home invasions, murders, etc. that happened over night. You would think we were living in Detroit or some third world country, like Miami.. When I was growing up, every night at 10:00 PM, they flashed on TV, "parents, do you know where your children are" How about that single mom's?? Are your boy's out car jacking, for the night, or what? Obviously, the parent of chilren in Orlando, Paramore, etc. can't be controlled. How about a curfew at 11:00 PM, or midnight, and allow the cops to watch porn during the day, and round up curfew violaters at night? If the cops see someone on the street after 1:00 AM, either taze, or shoot them and aks question's later.
