Black English has always been taught in the City of Detroit as proper English. So where did Seminole County go to recruit a year or so ago? Detroit, MI, because they were laying off teachers. (maybe Orange County did too; before going to Puerto Rico looking to hire the top teachers)

Every now and then you find one that gets it. I don't expect that this will catch on. However, at this point it is more important for the illegals to start speaking English or go back to the hole they came from.
