Sex and The City

1.Remember that case where the judge banned the words "rape" and "sexual assault" because it might prejudice the jury? And the victim couldn't be called a "victim" and the assailant couldn't be called an "assailant"? Apparently, that's a trend. What do they want, to conduct trials in mime? How badly do these judges want to let the rapists go free? Whatever happened to the First Amendment? Why is this happening?

2.One in four -- a little MORE than one in four -- New Yorkers has herpes. Yes the gift that keeps on giving. How sad your odds are better at Russian Roulette than casual sex in NY.

3.Hate to say I told you so but...The World Health Organization quietly says that the threat of a world AIDS pandemic among heterosexuals is over and, moreover, the millions of dollars spent on campaigns outside Africa to combat heterosexual AIDS were probably unnecessary. They were fighting a foe that was largely beaten already.
