Brad King Apologist Makes His Case In The St. Petersburg Times

Evidence? Wait until after we've hanged 'em

By HOWARD TROXLER, Times Columnist

Sorry to keep going on about this "rule of law" business, but, you know, it keeps coming up.

Congress, that collection of pension chasers and blowhards, is not the boss of who gets charged with a crime in America.

Our state Legislature doesn't get to vote on who gets accused, either.

Neither does the local City Council.

Charging someone with a crime isn't up to the viewers of American Idol, the Gallup Poll or the Internet.

Most of all, deciding who gets charged with a crime is not the province of America's Instant Expert On All Things, Fox News' Bill O'Reilly.
