House Speaker: Rebuilding N.O. doesn't make sense
WASHINGTON - House Speaker Dennis Hastert dropped a bombshell on flood-ravaged New Orleans on Thursday by suggesting that it isn’t sensible to rebuild the city.
"It doesn't make sense to me," Hastert told the Daily Herald in suburban Chicago in editions published today. "And it's a question that certainly we should ask."
He's right! I'm talking about it with you Friday morning.

I'm very disappointed! WAH WAH WAH. Last time I checked, this was AMERICA!!!!! We are not a bunch of pussy asses!! We will re-build New Orleans, because we're Americans and we can!!! We will find a way to do it - Stop your bitching, pick up a shovel and help clean up this mess, so the re-building can begin!
Rebuild if they must - but for God's sake do not let one dime of any funds be placed into the hands of the local and state leaders. "Leaders", I use that term loosly.
