I'd like to get you on my show, via phone, to talk about the Jan Hall letter. I'd like to know how it came to be in your possession? Also, a crime may have been committed here. Theft of mail is a federal crime punishable by jail time. How did this private letter fall into the public domain? Why did the newspaper El Nuevo Dia publish it without Jan Hall's permission?

If Jose comes on, maybe he will confirm that Jan leaked this letter to the press herself. I'll bet he has a realease form on file!
Don't you think if Jan Hall had leaked this letter the Spanish newspaper would be shouting it from the rooftops? They are part of her lawsuit, too, if I am not mistaken.
A letter, once sent, becomes the property of the recipient, who can do with it what he wishes, unless there is a statute prohibiting it. The statute you mention does not apply.
