Jeb Bush's son charged for being drunk and resisting arrest

Jeb Bush told reporters later at a museum reception in Miami "My son's doing fine" and that It's a private matter and added "..I'm not going to discuss it on the public square with 30 cameras"

Is it a private matter?

We're beginning to see a pattern emerge...

Just over two and a half years ago his daughter, Noelle Bush, was also arrested and accused of trying to obtain the anti-anxiety drug Xanax with a fraudulent prescription. The drug charges against her were dropped after she completed a drug rehabilitation program.

Florida Gov. Bush's family have often had problems with the law, Jeb Bush Jr. was caught a few years ago with an an underaged female in a vehicle (both were naked from the waist down). On another occasion (according to reports) George P. Bush broke into the bedroom window of a former girlfriend, and though he eventually fled the scene, he later returned to drive his Ford Explorer across the family's lawn.

At the very least it reflects poorly on the family.

George never killed anyone. Sadly the same can't be said about the bloated swimmer.

Sounds like there may be a semantics issue. Our swimmer may have murdered someone. That is to say, he caused the deatrh illegally. I believe at the least he knows more than he told.

You can argue that a leasder is responsible for the deaths of his soldiers, but that is not murder.

If Mr. George is a murderer, than most of congress is also, along with most of the American public, who supported the war. I'm not sure about Kerry since he was for it but then against it, but then....

Don't forget about Mrs. Bush who tried to smuggle about $50,000 dollars worth of goods from France past US Customs in Atlanta.

I believe it was $5,000. NOT $50,000. worth of goods. It was criminal and I would never say that it was ok, but, for god's sake, let's not exaggerate to such a degree. If *I* am mistaken in my figure, someone please enlighten me.
