Vacaville mother and anti-war protester Cindy Sheehan traveled to the State Capitol Wednesday to ask Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger to pull California's National Guard troops out of Iraq.

Good lord, when can we expect the media to stop covering this nut bag? It is tragic that her son was killed, but one has to wonder if he isn't better off...with a mother like her. Who cares about her and what she has to say? Tatal disrespect for her son and what was so important in his life that he chose to re-up.

I saw Sheehan and her entourage speak at Union Square in NYC. I was talking about her with my friend who is an activist Ben Maurer a pacifist, who was on the front pages of many papers when the war resisters league decided to block military recruitment centers this summer. They succeeded in shutting down the Times Square recruitment office along with some others. Anyway, the way I see it is that Sheehan is a well meaning person who is being influenced by many groups mostly from the left who are not well meaning. The International action center (IAC) is an ideological front for the workers world party which is mainly a Trotskyite authoritarian group. United for peace and justice (UFPJ) another peace coalition is an ideological front for the communist party USA (CPUSA). So ideologically Sheehan is being influenced by groups that are neither pacifist nor democratic and yet these are the main peace organizations in the country. It almost sounds funny that the main peace organizations in the country are not pacifist or for peace at all but are actually militant communists. This does not mean I’m opposed to communists; I am just opposed to people who promote peace when they really mean to be promoting class war. I feel they ought to do one or the other you can’t have it both ways right. Sheehan and her comrades which include Iraqi vets and family members of the war have to figure out their own ideological stances and create a new type of peace coalition that would be democratic mainstream and pacifistic in nature.
While you might be an asshole or a leftist pinko (I don't know), it isn't because of your opposition to the war. Your opposition to the war just makes you... wrong.
I think Cindy is very, very sad. Her heart has been ripped open by the death of her child. As a mother, I can't imagine her pain. However, from what I have heard, she and her son did not agree politically, and I don't think he would approve of what she is doing now. I do think she is being used by the far left, and that is tragic. But what she is doing is emboldening our enemies and putting other mothers' children in even more danger than they are already in. She needs to stop and think about the other soldiers who are still over there. Our enemies eat this sh*t up.
There are no misspellings on the geniocracy website it’s just that Angelus the administrator of that website is in Australia where they use a different version of English. As for the other person’s description of geniocracy as a Marxist ideology, that is just false. There are similarities but also differences. Mainly the difference is in the fact that as an ideology Marxism is out of date. This is because during the time of Marx and Lenin the latest scientific developments involved the industrial revolution and so as scientific communists they had to write their ideology with those developments in mind. This is why Marxists mainly promoted labor and unions. Today we are beyond the point of industrialism and are approaching an era of science where it will be possible for machines to do most of the work for society. Real Marxists would be able to adapt to these new occurrences and change their ideological rantings but instead most are just the same and don’t really change their rhetoric to make it reflect modern times. The geniocracy project on the other hand accepts the main concepts of Marxism which include the ideas of social equality and justice. On the other hand it addresses the new realities of the world and instead of promoting rapid re-industrialization and work we promote humanitarianism, education, science, and world government which could bring about a golden era where people could invest their time in developing their abilities in areas they want without having to worry about manual labor. As for current politics, they vary depending on the region. For the most part members of geniocracy project support leftists causes and political parties. The definition of intelligence according to this website and ideology is defined not by knowledge which just proves that you can memorize things. It is defined by what a person has produced for humanity that brought pleasure to the world. So geniuses could be artists, scientists, writers, philosophers…etc in other words people who benefited humanity should be the ones making the decisions. That’s just one definition there are other trends in the movement like genetics and recently South Korean discoveries concerning an area of the brain that can be measured for intelligence.
