CONSERVATIVE TALK HOST SAYS "IT'S TIME TO FIRE MICHAEL BROWN....AGAIN."
Michael Graham stopped by the PC Show this morning to call for FEMA Director Michael Brown's head on a silver platter.
Conservative radio talk host Michael Graham, a self-described "right-wing nutjob" and former GOP political consultant is telling his listeners that every conservative in America should call on President Bush to fire FEMA Director Michael Brown immediately.
"The Michael Brown story is the classic story of why government programs inevitably fail," Graham told his listeners today on the "Michael Graham, Unleashed!" program on Right Talk Radio. "The guy used to run horse shows, for cryin' out loud, and he only got the job at FEMA because his college roommate was Joe Allbaugh, the previous FEMA director."
"Worse, Brown was reportedly forced out of his job with the International Arabian Horse Association because he screwed that up, too! We've got a guy too dumb to judge a horse show deciding how to handle the biggest natural disaster in American history. No wonder he botched it so badly," Graham said.
"I believe President Bush's most profound failing is his belief, not that loyalty is a virtue (it is), but that it is the only virtue. As he demonstrated with former CIA Director George Tenet--who should have been publicly flogged on September 12, 2001--Bush is willing to accept any level of incompetence rather than be perceived as disloyal.
"In a truly just America, Bush would take GOP lackey Michael Brown out on a flat-bottomed boat into the most flooded, darkest and most dangerous corner of New Orleans, strip him to his underwear, throw him overboard and tell him 'I hope you can swim to Mexico, you stupid bastard, because you'll never get another job back here.'
"But that will never happen, because Bush is more loyal to his immediate employees than he is to his employers: The American people who were failed so shamefully by Brown & Co."
Graham told his listeners that conservatives need to lead the fight to dumb Brown in order to make the case that "we're the party of results, of responsibility, and not the party of failed, big-government 'business-as-usual.'"
