Surely he would not want to blame the Mayor of N.O.(he is black) How could have he insured that his people were out?
I feel sorry for the person who came up with this T Shirt. He or she must have very insecure feelings about their skin color. Perhaps they have felt the sting of cruel and insensitive people. It has caused them to become bitter and filled with hatred towards authority figures like Bush. Bush does Care and so do I.
When you have a city, such as in New Orlean's case, that is predominately black (can I say that?) how in the world else would this play out other than the poor and the black would would be the hardest hit. Bush is the keeper of the country, but he isn't superman. He would have had no more effect in trying to get the hold outs to leave the city than would anyone else. He does not have an agenda to rid blacks and more than anyone else does. This is ridiculous.
Where can I buy one of those cool shirts?
