You know the cereal Total? They claim that it has all that you need for the day. Does that mean you shouldn't eat anything else the rest of the day, or does it mean you can eat junk, the rest of the day. And if you eat one of these cookies everyday, do you have to watch what you eat for fiber content the rest of the day?
