I predicted, with stunning accuracy, the victors in Iowa. On 12/26/07 and 1/1/08 I called the winners on Fox & Friends. Was it beginner's luck or did I know something the other pundits didn't?
Not difficult to do. Young Democrats came out to vote for Obama, and the religious right came out to vote against a Mormon and an old fart senator who should be out on the golf course. Pat, this doesn't make you a pundit.
What's your guess for NH and SC? Get all three right, maybe we will make you a genuine political strategist...
I watched the Republican's gathering/debate in NH last night. There is no way I could vote for in this order, McCain, Giuliani, Romney. Last night I was about to fill out my absentee ballot for the FL primaries, voting for Thompson, and No to property tax amendment. But figure I better wait and see if Fred is still running later this month. My second choice is Romney, and if it's neither of those two, I'm voting independent for Lou Dobbs, Pat Campbell, Ross Perot, or whomever decides to run. I want change, but not the same change the Democrats are looking for. I'd even vote for Bob Doyle this year if he was running, considering the options this year. What a shame, we could have had change for the better; but will probably be for the worse.
Hey Pat.. my wife and I were discussing your sudden departure from 540.. sorry if this is slightly off topic (although I am not tooo surprised about your prediction) and she found your blog.
Duh..I kept looking elsewhere..she just used the almighty Google.
Are you broadcasting anywhere ??
I hope you had a good Christmas, and I really miss listening to you in the morning, bro.. I sure do.
I am supporting the heretic..Ron Paul. I voted twice for Bush, twice for Reagan..and for HWBush..but I am disgusted with liberal, big government pseudo-conservatism. The amnesty attempt was the last straw. It takes an open mind to hear..NO, I am not a truther..I am a realist. I am a USAF vet, 74-78.
Change..? Change...? Yes, I would like change. The change with the health care system in the US, is not attacking the insurance providers, doctors, and hospital's, or national mandated health care. The change is tort reform, and preventing these slip and fall trial lawyers, from filing frivolous lawsuit's that ultimately raise insurance costs for the American people. It is easier and more cost effective to litigate/settle and pay off these clowns, and push the costs off onto the consumer. So we have John Edwards running, who sued and won a massive settlement for an act of god, cerelbal palsey, which he blamed a doctor causing... How about the clown Michael "Mike" V. Ciresi, the trial lawyer who won a settlement of 588M in lawyer fees for suing Big tobacco, that is running against the other ass clown Al Franken for the US Senate from the State of Minnesota. Yes Borack Obama, I would like change... How about some change back on these frivolous lawsuits, or a counterfeit bill your trying to pass off on the American people??
What is this BS in New Hampshire and Michigan that independents can vote in the primaries??? It's a setup for the unions to determine the Republican front runner, that no true Republican would vote for. John McCain! In MI, Hillary is the only Democrat on the ballot, so the union hacks, might as well register Independent and vote for McCain.... As a Republican there is no way I am voting for a nasty old man, white RINO, in favor of amnesty for 12M illegals as the next president of the US! We are being "Doled" again by the Clinton machine!

Owen from Winter Haven..
The next time you are on Fox, have them introduce you as "Political analyst, Pat Campbell" rather then talk show host...
;-)
Good Job.

Nice going, Pat!
Now let's cut to the chase: Who wins the presidency in '08? The Dread Hildabeast?
The smart money says "The Beast" wins and brings a Democommie Congress along on her broomstick.
All Heil The United Socialist States of America! See you in the GULAG!
