Judge: No prison time for 'gay' rapist teacher

Massacusetts Superior Court Chief Justice Suzanne Delvecchio

WND is reporting...

Gregory Pathiakis, 26, of Brockton, Mass., pleaded guilty yesterday to one count of rape of a child, enticement of a child under 16, five counts of possession of child pornography and one count of distribution of harmful material to a child, according to the Enterprise newspaper of Brockton, Mass.

Pathiakis, who quit his job after school officials questioned his extracurricular contact with students, was arrested in January 2004 after a 15-year-old boy told authorities the Middleboro High School teacher raped him Dec. 23, 2003.

Prosecutors asked Brockton Superior Court Judge Suzanne V. Delvecchio to give Pathiakis four to eight years in state prison, followed by five years probation. But she issued a suspended, 2 1/2-year jail term, followed by five years probation.

Delvecchio, the first woman to be appointed chief justice of the Massachusetts Superior Court, was honored in 2000 as the keynote speaker at the Massachusetts Gay and Lesbian Bar Association's annual dinner.

What is wrong with the judges and teachers is what is wrong with society. We ignore this atrocious behavior, even condone it. We allow Hollywood and the entertainment industry to dictate what is acceptable. The news media bombards us with left wing propaganda. If our children are bombarded with the same message from infancy to their teen years they begin to believe that the behavior that older Americans at one time viewed as an aberration is normal.
Anyone who opposes their lifestyle is attacked and labeled. Isn’t that exactly what they say they oppose; labels and vicious attacks? Is that not their weapon against anyone who opposes the trash they subject our children to everyday?
Anyone who invokes the Bible is part of a right wing conspiracy. Anyone who tries to shelter their children from this lifestyle with home schooling or restricting the child’s television viewing is viewed with suspicion. Don’t the extreme liberals label these parents? Why have we allowed those who advocate what our parents hated to take this country away from us? Why are we allowing them to destroy the minds of our children and grandchildren?
