LOUISIANA GOVERNOR REFUSED PERMISSION FOR FEMA TO BRING FOOD AND WATER TO ASTRODOME

On Brit Hume this evening, FOX News correspondent Major Garrett explained that FEMA/Red Cross had a truckload of water and other necessities , however the Louisiana Department of Homeland Security DENIED it. Why? Because they didn’t want to attract more people to the Superdome or the convention center, they want to get them out. Garrett also brings to light that FEMA couldn’t initially bring the National Guard into Louisiana because it is not their jurisdiction. Who has to give them jurisdiction? *Drumroll please* GOVERNOR KATHLEEN BLANCO.

Blanco has supplied the rope, tied the noose knot and is looking for a tree left standing in New Orleans to hang herself from. She has blood stained hands and is trying to hang Nagin and Bush along with herself. Thank goodness we had Jeb Bush as our Governor during our storms last year.

Funny... Seems like I remember when my little brother would come in and his little pants would be soaked all down the front and down the legs, Mama would ask him,"Son, what happened?" He had a hard time accepting responsibility, too, and would always look at her and sincerely say, "I bumped my belbow!" Come on!! If the Superdome was THE major PLANNED place for evacuation, the RESPONSIBLE thing to do would have been to have it stocked with food, water, and medicine and then, when the inevitable was coming, bring in the porta pottys. So sad to hear this mayor "bumped his belbow!" AND, so sad to hear that everybody expects US to change his pants for him!

Read this:
LA Gov. Blanco Asked Bush for Assistance on 8/28

A Buzzflash News Alert: "The elected Governor of Louisiana requested immediate assistance from the unelected dictator of the United States before Hurricane Katrina hit. Now the GOP storm troopers and their minions in the corporate press want to blame the locals for a catastrophe beyond the ability of both the Louisiana State Government and the New Orleans City Government to handle promptly or completely."

I think maybe the reason they didn't stock the superdome with food & water was that they thought they wouldn't need the port-a-potties if they didn't! Makes about as much sense as not using the school buses!

Sick-boy, you are absolutely right! At the very least it's depraved indifference!
